Does anyone know whether "The Book" has been published in the UK yet?
Prentice Hall here say it should be out any time (if not already),
but I have been unable to find a definite publication date.

Tannenbaum was kind enough to let us take a copy of Minix itself, so
it's kind of frustating that we've got Minix but no book, while
everyone in the States has the book but no Minix ...

Ah well, given time things should sort themselves out.
