Big Business does it again!

My bill arrived today from Prentice-Hall for The Book and
included a $4.98 charge for postage and handling.  I
thought this was absurd since I had to go to Washington, DC
personally to pick up the book and then hand carried the
book back to California.  So I called the  "For customer
assistance call:" phone number at the bottom of the bill
and complained.  They removed the charge.
