The cheaper, < $90.00 is Hayes compatible except that it doesn't implement the "+++" go back to command mode, so you can't make it hang up under software control. The other one < $130.00 is fully Hayes compatible. I've bought from them. They are good people. Surely your local computer newspaper has ads in the back for cheap new modems.
