I am looking for rn patches 28-30 (and beyond if there are any).  I have
seen only patches 1-27 and the 2.11 news package claims that I need to
have patchlevel 30 to run properly.  It is running now, however, with a
few local patches that I have made, but I would like to have the "official"
patches.

If they are short, just mail them to me, but if they are long, please
let me know that you have them and I'll get them from whoever is the
closest to me.
