I requested and received a set of patches to login.c that allowed users to
login and their nice() value be set automatically according to their group.

In the course of house-keeping, I managed to trash the patch files.  The time
comes that we update our OS, and I would like to be able to reapply the patches
instead of keeping the old binary.
