I am looking for a C implementation of the two-dimensional relative
coding/decoding scheme as specified in CCITT Recommendation T.6.  This
is the coding scheme that has been typically used for group 4
facsimile apparatus.

Any programs or information leading to such programs will be greatly
appreciated.  Please send your replies directly to me.
