I need the sources of a device driver or stay-resident program that will add
support for the COM3 and COM4 devices under DOS 3.20 on an IBM PC/AT.
One of these additional devices will be used for a modem card supported by
a communications program which has the ability to talk to COM3 and COM4.
For this purpose, minimal configurability of the driver is needed, e. g. to
set the hardware interrupt (IRQ) number.
