Perhaps two levels of correction could be provided: (1) a table of
exceptions with associated context, to allow substitution of correct
pronunciation in cases where an incorrect phoneme is selected for a
number of related words; (2) a table of words with correct pronunciation
(for special cases).

A pet peeve of mine is the "ing" sound.  The "NX" translation winds up
making "ringing" sound like "rin'in'."  Yecch!  Perhaps this is the
way the "ing" sound is pronounced on the East Coast, or wherever the
translator writers reside, but here in the rain forest we use the full
sound, which does not include a hard "g", but definitely does have a
contribution from the "g"!
