Online requires the default 1.1 keymap which is different from the
default 1.2 keymap (for compatibility with foreign keymaps).

So, if you want to use Online under 1.2, you must use the 1.2 SETMAP
command to change to the usa0 (default 1.1) keymap.

From CLI:  Setmap usa0
