Those of you porting Unix utilities to the Amiga will want to watch
out for open() calls with the O_NDELAY flag specified.  Under Lattice
3.10 with the first two patches from the Lattice BBS, any open call
that has the O_NDELAY flag set will cause the file to remain locked,
even after close().  I have not tested plain vanilla 3.10.
