I am also having the same kind of problem where I can print a program source
file and find that the left margin is somehow set to 4 or 8 so that the
right hand side of the code is too long and is printed at the left side of
the next line. I've only noticed this problem since 1.2 and even though I 
have added a 'feature' in my printing program to force the left margin
to 1 it does not always help. 
Furthermore, one version of the code that forced the left margin, used the
PRD_PRTCOMMAND and aSLRM code shown in RKM. This also did not work reliably
and it would also cause a subsequent file to begin with what looks like an
italicized }
Any ideas?
