For the second your second question I wrote a simple program in WPL which
could be usefull. You could arrange it as you like:

To use it you have to save what you you want to print, then supposing that
the WPL program would call foo,
	
	- you type:		^P
	- you have the prompt: 	print:
	- you type:             do foo
