Nothing perceptible.  Obviously, it won't run faster.  The only additional 
advantages it will have are slightly better noise immunity and a sharply 
decreased power consumption.  The noise immunity will help your machine 
weather some frizz on the power line, and the reduced power consumption will 
allow the 65C02 to run somewhat cooler.
