At least this fellow was clever enough to make the sources available on
request only basis... but just the same, aren't we having enough trouble
avoiding the threat of moderation as it is? Could we maybe refrain from
posting ANY new sources or executables over a certain size (recommendations,
anyone?) until we either decide that there will not be a separate group
for source postings or establish such a group? This would have the 
two-fold advantages of encouraging those people thinking about running the
source group to act on those ideas, and keeping our volume down...
