When the size of these programs is compared with the ones that provoked
the discussion (uemail and uniterm 1.6g) I don't see Braner's programs
as posing much of a problem.  The rapid feedback that UseNet provides is
a real plus in the development of PD programs and should be encouraged.
That is why I suggested that we focus on multi-part postings as the real
targets.
