  You should check out Beckemeyer's C-Shell (Beckemeyer Development Tools),
which is a nice C-Shell style command line interpreter that supports scripts,
path environments (path = . C:\source c:\bin c:\lib, etc.)
and a bunch of other stuff.  BDT is in Berkeley, CA.
