Due to Department of Commerce munitions (!)  export regulations, we do not
include crypt(1) and a few other decrypting capabilities based on the same
algorithm, which is to say that we do not have separate domestic and export
versions of HP-UX due to the crypt problem.

If you are a domestic U.S. customer, you should be able to get crypt
from your HP Systems Engineer.
