I am currently looking for some ideas or code that will allow me to count
from 0 to n in milliseconds where n is the point where the user presses a
specific key. The code is for a PC and needs to be compatible with basic.
If anyone knows of any such code or has any helpful suggestions, I'd 
appreciate it.
