I am quite happy with Fastback. It is indeed very fast and I have had do no problems with it. Be WARNED that it uses a non-standard disk format. (This is one of the primary ways it gains speed and gets more than 360k on a standard disk). This means that you must use Fastback to get back your files too. You cannot even catalog them without it.
