I have not seen Turbo C, but :

Turbo C will likely turn a lot of people on as the "standard" for C if
they havn't already been using C.  I hope Turbo C is K&R, Many
of the Borland products are not fashioned after any particular
"standard".  Don't get me wrong, Borland products are good quality.
They seem to make more money selling products which sell, rather than
deem the "standard" stamp.
