Does anyone know of a screen dump utility that takes advantage of the
high resolution offered by laser printers and 24 pin printers. All of
the screen dumpers that I've seen output to a standard IBM graphics printer.
Ideally I would like to go from EGA (in text mode) to a Toshiba 321 or
an HP laserjet.
