I don't know anything about that computer, but here are a couple of things to look into. 1. If it's a pc compatible, you might just be able to replace the ROM BIOS with a later version, and run a later ms-dos implementation. 2. If you can separate the BIOS functions from the rest of the OS, you might be able to patch in a later version.
