Regarding varying reports on the reliability of even some of the 
better known mail order dealers, could variability in the import
channels, rather than the integretiy of the dealers, be the cause in
some cases?  More and more even "American-made" products are actually
being made off-shore, possibly causing delays beyond the dealers con-
trol (although they should be honest about it if this is the cause).
