I don't think the company honors the 30 day money back guarantee to the letter. I know of one place that got a defective machine, and was not allowed to exchange it for a new one. They just had to wait in the repair queue. Since the problem had to do with a part that overheated and burnt the board a little, I would have been disatisfied with receiving a "new" product in that condition.
