It is a very nice program which lets you recall previous commands, define synonyms which expand to (possibly) lengthy commands, and declare programs for which it should remember the parameters, so that typing the name without parameters is the same as typing the name with the same parameters as the previous time. As the review said, after using CED for a while, you will think of a PC without it as an old klunker. I sure know I don't want to do without it! If no one posts it by March 10, I will post it here in comp.sys.ibm.pc (this program would not be of general interest in net.sources). +=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=+ | ARPA: RALF@B.GP.CS.CMU.EDU "Teaching COBOL ought to be | | AT&T: (412) 268-3053 (school) regarded as a criminal act" | | Snail: Ralf Brown --- Edsger Dijkstra | | Computer Science Department | | Carnegie-Mellon University DISCLAIMER?
