We all know that various functions are used internally by DOS.
i.e. ah=34   es:bx points to file handles
     ah=52   es:bx critical flag handler

Does anyone have a list of all DOS interrupt 21h functions used
internally by DOS? The list should include entry and exit information
and describe what this information points to.
