I would appreciate help with EGA information. I need to know the color
attributes for EGA mode SCREEN 9 assuming 128k for EGA. There are some
monitors that allow for switching to shades of a monochrome by a push
of a button. So I need the follwing

	Attribute Number	Color		Grey scale value
		0		?		?
		1		?		?
		2		?		?
		3		?		?
		4		?		?
		5		?		?
		6		?		?
		7		?		?
		8		?		?
		9		?		?

		11		?		?
		12		?		?

			ex. Red, Blue, etc.	ex. grey value in order of
						darkness relative grey value

This information would be greatly appreciated.
