I don't have prices at hand, alas, but they can be had from FHL. (Woof--of course, the magazines I have at hand while replying don't have FHL's address or phone.) I don't work for FHL, wouldn't know Frank Hogg from Adam if I met him on the street, and as my inability to find their address and phone might indicate, they'd probably dump me for someone more effective if I were working for them--which I'm not. :-) Sigh....
