Clicking in the title bar, outside the close and zoom areas, is supposed to setup the window for dragging. So it is supposed to have some effect, and the effect it normally has is even visible. Read the first paragraph on page I-47 in Inside Macintosh. It is not clear from the User Interface Guidelines that LSC is going against the rules with its pop-up menus. They are not activated just by clicking in the title bar. They are activated by clicking there with the Option key held down. Where in the Guidelines is that forbidden? Duane (dtw@k.cs.cmu.edu)
