	DeRez is a resource decompiler that comes with the MPW (Macintosh
Programmer's Workshop) shell.  It produces a text file which you can
recompile with Rez, which also comes with MPW.  

	MPW is available from APDA (the Apple Programmers' and Developers'
Association), and I heartily recommend it.
