No suggestions but similar data for some wise person who can make a diagnoses. When I dial on my Rixon R212A at 1200 or 300 baud from MacTerminal, in Hayes emulation mode or not, it gets 'line dead'. It doesn't have any problems when run from uw or Freeterm.
