Under the new version of UW, a mouse click at the scroll bar is sent as
^[m^[@ anywhere within the scroll bar.  Because of this, gnuemacs (macmouse.el)
gives an error mouse is not in window boundary when I try to scroll the window.

Is this intended to be like this?  If so, where do I click my mouse to scroll 
the window (in emacs or gnuemacs)?
