We want to upload this data (while still in Wang format) to one of our UNIX machines in order to dump it to 9 track tape. (We want to send it out for conversion.) When we use the Wang communications software, it only seems to send out print image files. We were wondering if there might be a public domain program available that would allow us to read the Wang floppies with an IBM PC (we have Zeniths that are AT compatible). We could then upload the data from the PC over our LAN to a UNIX machine. Does anyone have any ideas that might help? Is there a better approach? I don't subscribe to any of these lists; so please reply to me directly.
