I have a real DEC VT220 that is starting to drive me crazy.
The characters on the monitor occaisonly jump around. The amount
of jump is less than one line but it is enough to be extremely
annoying. My guess is that there's something wrong with the
vertical voltage. Has anyone had this problem before? If so,
how did you fix it?
