Can someone tell me the uses of the many nroff/troff
macros?  I am familiar with s and e (i.e., -ms and
-me), but I have not found a source of info for any 
of the others that were supplied with our alpha-test
VAX/VMS ditroff package from Talaris.  Can someone 
provide info or references to sources of info about 
any in the list below (presumably like Unix 5.0 stuff?).
