Some people are suggesting users consider devps (from Pipeline Assoc.)
instead of TranScript (from Adobe).  This is well and good unless the
user wants to translate troff (as it says in this header) to PostScript.

When I checked devps only handled ditroff.  This was about 6 months ago
so they may have changed the product.

We use TranScript which also has its problems.--
