We are runnning Unix 4.2 BSD (soon to be 4.3 BSD) on a Vax785.  Our UDA driver
is already the 4.3 BSD version.  We have a chronic problem with our RA81 that
it goes offline with error messages (such as the one below) and then hangs.
 
        ra0f: hard error sn23448 OFFLINE
 
Digital has switched all parts of the controller and the problem persists.  Can
anyone give me a lead as to what is wrong here?
