Does anybody know how to raise the priority (i.e. make it more negative)
of the printer filter in lpr?  I want to raise the priority when it is
actually dumping stuff to the plotter, that is, when the output filter is
running.  Our problem is that if the plotter slows down or stops to wait for
data in the middle of a plot, we inevitably get smears and registration 
problems.  Thanks.
