Does anyone have (or have a pointer to) a GKS (Graphics Kernel Standard)
device driver that uses Xlib?  Failing that, how about a terminal emulator
for a basic ANSI VideoText terminal (e.g. Tek 4107)?  Failing that, something
more advanced than the 4010?
Public domain or willing to share with academics preferred.
