Graphical Software Systems (GSS) of Beaverton, OR was showing a port 
of X to a 386 based machine running XEN*X in the MicroSoft booth at 
UniForum.  Didn't ask what kind of product plans they might have  for 
it, but it seemed like a pretty clear indication that MicroSoft had 
some interest there.
