Robert Stanzel at Apollo informs me that Bill Gropp is preparing to 
submit the TeX changes to ADUS even as we speak.  So, in deference
to Bill, whose changes are probably better engineered than mine, I'm
holding off on distributing my changes.  I've asked Robert to make 
the changes available to me when they appear.  If he does so, I'll
announce it and make the sources available via anonymous FTP, as 
usual, so that you won't have to wait the six months to get it from
ADUS.
