Can anyone tell me how to selectively permit LTAnn terminals be
disconnectable?  I would change the TTY_DEFCHAR2 parameter in SYSGEN,
but I do not want the PTAnn TCP terminals to come up /Disconnect.

I tried doing a SHOW TERMINAL/PERMANENT LTA0 and the <expletive deleted>
MicroVAX came back with %SYSTEM-F-NOPRIV, no privilege for attempted
operation.  Needless to say, I had every privilege in the book, including
TMPJNL, PRMJNL, UPGRADE, and DOWNGRADE. :-)

Anybody know if this is possible or if my head is in the clouds?
