Our financial computing group is looking for a 4GL to
run on their new VAX 8700 (VMS).  Currently the two 
top runners are Oracle and Ingres.  Any comments or
recommendations would be appreciated, particularly
in the performance area.  Since this topic may not 
appeal to everyone on info-vax respond to be directly.
