RE:  Getting a process to dump when created with CREPRC...

Set bit PRC$M_IMGDMP (in $PRCDEF) in the STSFLG argument.  I did
not test this, but I would assume that is what the bit does.

(It's value is 2048, or bit # 11.  STARLET.REQ says it will cause
an image dump, now that I read a little further.)
