Is there a way of finding out the virtual display id of a terminal emulation
(either the terminal attached to SYS$COMMAND or one created using UIS$CREATE_TERMINAL) ?
Since CREATE_TERMINAL calls CREATE_WINDOW there must be a way of getting this
information,  has somebody else put together a way of passing mous position to
TPU or GNUEMACS ?
