We now use 20/20; people here are generally very happy with it. Although powerful, the help facilities make it easy to learn. Until recently we could not use the built-in plot facilities, but we now have an LN03+, on which 20/20 can produce very smart charts. (Not on the straight LN03 though. I assume that 20/20 uses the Tektronix mode of the LN03+, which the LN03 does not have).
