I often had the same problem when I was receiving mailing lists on a
Bitnet only machine - I have an idea that it may be a problem related to
the Bitnet/Arpa gateway at wiscvm; on the arpanet I have no problems
with sequencing.

I have no solution, but I am interested if anyone can explain this
problem.
