Hi,
	Are the 255 UIS attribute blocks available to application
programs global, or are there 255 of them for each virtual display?
The UIS documentation leads one to believe that they're global, but it
doesn't explicitly say so.  I'm working with VMS version 4.5, UIS version 3.0 
on a VaxStation II with a monochrome display.
