My first suggestion is that you contact CSC/Atlanta for help.  They are
very good at solving problems of this sort.  Second, my personal guess
is that the location of the personal dictionary is not in the profile.
Instead, it is stored in the permanent symbol table (username.PST).  You
need to change the value of one or more symbols.  This is what CSC/A should
be able to help you with.
