If you would like to save yourself some trouble.  There is a product on
the market for about $250.  It was in the Imnac Catalogue I believe.  It
monitor a computer room for Heat, Humity and Noise.  If any went wrong
it would call the program numbers and warn people.  This device has
saved me a couple of times at previous jobs.
